For many years, the issue of waste recycling and reusing has not been new as a point of view of setting the task itself – waste disposal by application in industrial technologies as well as offering waste products to industrial consumers. Moreover, it is not a secret that municipal and industrial waste is a large-tonnage source of raw materials. Obviously, waste recycling is a potential of great economic importance for all countries around the world. Besides, the irreplaceability of natural petroleum raw materials strictly dictates the need to use secondary resources with maximum efficiency.

Meanwhile, according to the forecasts of ISWA specialists–International Solid Waste Management Association—the volume of municipal and industrial waste by 2030 will grow 4-5 times.
